Important Tips for Applicants

  • Since applications are accepted in person only, plan your visit to Cooper Hospital during the 22–30 July window well in advance — avoid the last day to skip rush and queues
  • Pay the fee first at the Cashier Department (Room 65) and get the receipt BEFORE filling/submitting your form — a form without the fee receipt copy attached is invalid
  • If applying for a technical trade post (Wireman/Electrician/Lift Operator), carry your ITI/NCVT or Wireman License certificate, as this is a mandatory qualification proof
  • Practice your Marathi reading, writing and speaking — many posts require clearing a Marathi language criterion tied to your 10th-standard qualifying exam
  • Keep both originals and self-attested photocopies of every document ready — originals are mandatory for verification at the interview stage
  • Since the interview date is announced only via notice board and phone call, keep your contact number active and regularly check the hospital’s notice board or the MCGM portal
  • Remember, this is a short-tenure contractual role that doesn’t guarantee permanent employment — plan your career expectations accordingly
