Selection Process & Key Terms of the Contract

• Selection is based on the candidate’s previous academic/professional record and performance during the interview
• The University may also use a seminar/colloquium or any other mode as an additional method of selection
• Appointment is purely contractual, strictly from the date of joining till 30 April 2027, on a consolidated pay of ₹40,000/- per month
• A selected candidate has no enforceable right against the University for continuation in the succeeding academic session under any circumstances
• Selected candidates are permitted only 8 casual leaves during the academic session — no other leave or allowances are permitted
