| NLC India Limited (NLCIL), a “Navratna” Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, has released two separate notifications inviting online applications for engagement of Apprentices for the year 2026-27 under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act, 1961, offering a combined total of 1,235 apprenticeship training slots. Advt. No. L&DC/02/2026 (875 slots) is open exclusively to eligible wards of NLCIL Project Affected Persons (PAPs) whose house/land was acquired by NLCIL after 01.07.1989 for Neyveli Projects. Advt. No. L&DC/03/2026 (360 slots) is open to wards and spouses of in-service NLCIL employees, wards of retired and deceased NLCIL employees, and wards of NLCIL contract workmen engaged through Indcoserve, Howsicos, AMC and BMC.
