Selection Process 2026 — How Candidates Are Chosen

  • Stage 1 — PET-2025: Candidates must have appeared in the Commission’s Preliminary Eligibility Test-2025 and hold a valid PET-2025 score card
  • Stage 2 — Shortlisting for Main Examination: Category-wise shortlisting is done purely on the basis of the normalized PET-2025 score. Candidates with a zero, negative, or below-zero score (either absolute or normalized) will NOT be shortlisted for the Main Examination
  • Stage 3 — Main Written Examination: A single objective-type paper of 100 questions, 100 marks, 2 hours (120 minutes) duration, with negative marking

  • Log in/authenticate using your PET-2025 Registration Number, with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number/email
  • Verify the personal details auto-populated from your PET-2025 application — name, parents’ names, category, EWS status, horizontal reservation details, date of birth, gender, marital status, mobile number, email
  • Select (tick) the specific post(s) you wish to apply for from those displayed — you must select a post/posts to be considered

Important Application Instructions — From the Official Notification

  • Only the online application system is applicable — applications sent through any other medium will NOT be accepted
