Important Tips for Applicants
- Complete NATS registration well in advance — you cannot apply on UMANG without a valid NATS Enrolment Number
- Use a valid, active email ID for registration since all future communication (including final selection) is sent only via email — you cannot submit more than one application using the same email ID
- Keep your Aadhaar seeded with your bank account and DBT-enabled before applying, since stipend disbursal depends on this
- Ensure your CGPA/percentage entered online exactly matches your uploaded marks certificates — any discrepancy leads to disqualification at any stage
- Double-check your passing year — only 2022 to 2026 passouts (as regular candidates) are eligible; sandwich/private/correspondence courses and those pursuing higher studies are not accepted
- Prepare your document file sizes correctly in advance — Photograph and Signature under 50 KB each, and Marks/Degree certificates under 1 MB each, in JPG/JPEG/PNG format only
- Don’t submit duplicate applications for the same discipline from different email IDs — only your latest application will be considered, and duplicates can create confusion during shortlisting
