IREL Executive Recruitment 2026 notification has been officially released by IREL (India) Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy, inviting online applications for 73 Executive posts across technical and non-technical disciplines.

Minimum CTC / Lower Scale Experience Criteria (For Serving Employees)

Govt./PSU Candidates: Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in the immediate lower pay scale (analogous post) as on 10.08.2026, out of the total required post-qualification experience.

Private Sector Candidates: Must be drawing a minimum CTC in the last financial year as follows — General Manager (70% of E-7 CTC), Dy. General Manager (60% of E-6 CTC), Chief Manager (60% of E-5 CTC), Senior Manager (50% of E-4 CTC), Manager (50% of E-3 CTC), Deputy Manager (50% of E-2 CTC). Not applicable for Assistant Manager (E-1) or EWS candidates applying against EWS-reserved posts.

Selection Process 2026

  • Stage 1: Shortlisting based on self-declared information in the online application (as per criteria in Table-2)
  • Stage 2: Personal Interview / Psychometric Test / Group Exercise (or combination thereof); multiple interview rounds possible if candidates are more in number
  • Stage 3: Document Verification (original documents checked before/during interview)
  • Stage 4: Pre-Employment Medical Examination
  • Stage 5: Character & Antecedents Verification and Final Appointment

Reservation & Category-Wise Certificate Validity
