  • A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India, or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government
  • Candidate must possess a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate confirming graduate status on the day of registration, and must indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation
  • Proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified/opted local language of the State/UT applied for is mandatory (Local Language Proficiency Test — LLPT applies; see below)

  • Select “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP-Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XVI)”
