Round 1 Allotment: What’s Next? (Step-by-Step)

• Step 1 — Check Allotment: Download and carefully review your Round 1 seat allotment letter (college, course, quota).
• Step 2 — Decide: Candidates get two broad options — (a) Accept the seat and freeze admission, or (b) Accept the seat but opt to “upgrade” in the next round while still holding the current seat.
• Step 3 — Pay Seat Acceptance Fee: If satisfied with the allotment (or opting to upgrade), pay the seat acceptance fee online within the deadline to keep the seat valid.
• Step 4 — Report to Allotted Institute: Visit the allotted college/institute in person between 12–16 August 2026 with original documents for verification.
• Step 5 — Document Verification & Admission: Complete the institute-level verification, submit required documents, and pay the college admission/tuition fee to confirm your seat.
