How to Download CGPSC Assistant Librarian Admit Card 2026

• Visit the official CGPSC website — psc.cg.gov.in
• Look for the link: “Admit Card — Assistant Librarian (Sahayak Granthpal) Preliminary Examination 2026” on the homepage or under the Examinations tab
• You may also be redirected to the candidate portal at online.ecgpsconline.in for login
• Enter your Registration Number / Application ID and Date of Birth (or password used at the time of application)
• Complete the CAPTCHA verification, if prompted
• Click Submit — your admit card will appear on screen
• Verify all details carefully — name, photo, exam centre, date, and reporting time
• Download the PDF and take a clear printout to carry on exam day

Full Selection Process — Beyond Prelims

• Stage 1 — Preliminary Examination: 100 MCQs, 100 marks, 2 hours — qualifying/screening only
• Stage 2 — Main Examination (Written): Descriptive paper, 3 hours, 100 marks, based on the Library & Information Science syllabus across 11 units — including Ranganathan’s Five Laws of Library Science, Classification (DDC/UDC/CC), Cataloguing, Library Information Systems, IT in Libraries, and Resource Management
• Stage 3 — Interview / Viva-Voce: 15 marks, candidates called in a ratio of approximately 1:3 based on Main Exam performance
• Final selection is based on combined Main Exam + Interview marks — Prelims score does not count toward final merit
