Important Points

• Prelims result is prepared category-wise in a ratio of 1:5 (approx. 5 candidates per vacancy qualify for the Skill Test, including all candidates tied at the cut-off mark even beyond the 1:5 ratio)
• Prelims marks are used ONLY for screening — they are NOT added to the final merit/result
• Final merit is based on marks scored in the Hindi Typing Skill Test only, subject to category-wise minimum qualifying percentage
• No provision for re-checking/re-evaluation of the typing test at any stage

How to Apply Online for MP High Court Assistant Grade-III Recruitment 2026

• Visit the official website — www.mphc.gov.in
• Click on “Recruitment/Result”, then click on “Click on Online Application Forms/Admit Cards”
• Four links will appear: Advertisement, Registration, Application, and Edit Application — read the Advertisement link carefully first
• Click “Registration” and enter the required basic details; a User-ID & Password will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID
• Log in via the “Application” link using your credentials and fill in the complete application form
• Upload your photograph and signature as per the prescribed format and size
• Fill in educational qualification, computer qualification, category, and reservation details carefully — no changes are allowed after final submission except in the 3-day Edit Window
• Preview the filled form carefully, then click “Submit”
• Pay the requisite application fee through Debit Card or Internet Banking

MP High Court Assistant Grade-III 2026 Preparation Strategy — Section-Wise Tips

• General Knowledge & Science: Give special focus to Madhya Pradesh GK (history, geography, government schemes, current affairs) since it’s explicitly weighted in the syllabus, along with national/international current affairs
• Maths + Reasoning: Practice Simplification, Percentage, Profit-Loss, Time-Work, Number Series, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, and Analogy-based questions for speed within the 120-minute limit
• General Hindi: Focus on Vyakaran (grammar), Sandhi-Samas, Muhavare-Lokoktiyan, Paryayvachi/Vilom Shabd, and comprehension passages
• English Knowledge: Practice Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension, and Sentence Correction

Bond, Service Commitment & Job Profile (Added Insight)

• Selected candidates must execute a Bond of ₹2,00,000/- (Two Lakh Rupees) and commit to serving for a minimum of 3 years after joining
• If a candidate resigns or leaves service before completing 3 years (except with prior permission to join MP State/Central Government service), the Bond is forfeited and the ₹2 Lakh amount becomes payable
• District/posting allotment happens through Counselling, based on category-wise merit and district-wise vacancy availability — candidates do NOT get to choose a specific district or post of preference
• Appointing Authority for all posts is the respective District’s Principal District & Sessions Judge
• Job profile of Assistant Grade-III typically includes court record-keeping, case file management, correspondence, data entry, and general clerical/ministerial duties within the District Court establishment

• Candidates having more than one living spouse are NOT eligible for appointment
• Candidates with more than 2 living children (where a child was born on or after 26 January 2001) are generally NOT eligible, as per MP Civil Service (General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1961
• Selected candidates must produce a Medical Fitness Certificate from the District Medical Board within 30 days of appointment, failing which the appointment may be terminated
• Any attempt to canvass or seek recommendation/support from an influential person or government officer for selection will lead to disqualification
• Use/possession of mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, Wi-Fi devices, smartwatches, smart glasses, calculators, or any electronic/communication device inside the exam venue is strictly prohibited
• The entire examination is conducted under CCTV surveillance with recording; candidates cannot leave the exam centre before the exam concludes
• Impersonation, use of forged documents, or providing false/concealed information at any stage will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature and may attract prosecution under the Madhya Pradesh Recognised Examinations Act, 1937 (up to 3 years imprisonment and/or fine)
• Any pending or disposed criminal case against the candidate must be truthfully declared with case number, section, and court name — concealment leads to cancellation without any right to appeal
• The Hon’ble Chief Justice of the MP High Court holds full authority to amend or cancel the selection process at any stage
