  • Ex-Servicemen (ESM): Must submit Discharge Certificate and an Undertaking in the format given as Appendix-III
  • PWD Candidates: Must submit a Medical Certificate from a Central/State Govt Medical Board (minimum 3 members, including a specialist), certifying at least 40% disability, in the format given as Appendix-V
  • Serving Defence/Central Govt Employees: Must enclose a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from their Record Office/establishment, confirming no disciplinary action pending
