  • (i) Land Loser Candidates: Those whose land was acquired for the Konkan Railway Line (Roha, Maharashtra to Thokur, Karnataka), irrespective of the percentage of land lost — plus their spouse, son, daughter, grandson, or granddaughter
  • (ii) Employment Exchange Registered Candidates: Domiciles of Maharashtra, Goa, or Karnataka registered with Employment Exchanges along the KR route (Raigad, Sindhudurg & Ratnagiri in Maharashtra; Goa State; Uttara Kannada, Udupi & Dakshina Kannada in Karnataka)

Vertical & Horizontal Reservation

  • Vertical: EWS, SC, ST, and OBC-NCL — only communities recognised by GoI are eligible; EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates may also compete under UR without any relaxation
  • Horizontal: Ex-Servicemen and PwBD — cuts across all vertical categories; unfilled Ex-SM/EWS vacancies are NOT carried forward
