Eligibility for Final Phase Counselling

• Candidate must have a valid TG EAPCET 2026 rank (qualifying score in the entrance test)
• Candidates who registered for counselling and completed certificate verification in Phase 1 or Phase 2 can directly exercise fresh options in the Final Phase without paying the processing fee again
• New candidates who have not registered so far can still register, pay the counselling fee, book a certificate verification slot, and participate in the Final Phase within the given window
• Candidates already holding a seat from an earlier phase can also participate in the Final Phase to try for a better college/branch, subject to sliding rules

How to Check & Download TS EAMCET Final Phase Allotment Order 2026

• Visit the official counselling website — tgeapcet.nic.in
• Click on the “Candidate Login” link on the homepage
• Enter your Login ID / ROC Form Number, TG EAPCET Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
• Click submit — the Final Phase provisional seat allotment result will be displayed on screen
• Check the allotted college, course/branch, category, and tuition fee amount carefully
• Download the Provisional Allotment Order and take a printout for reporting purposes

What to Do After Getting a Seat in the Final Phase

• Download and verify the Provisional Allotment Order carefully
• Pay the tuition fee shown in the allotment order online (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) within the 05–07 August 2026 window
• Complete online self-reporting on the counselling portal to confirm acceptance of the seat
• Report physically at the allotted college with the allotment order printout, fee payment receipt, and original certificates before the deadline
• Complete document verification at the college to finalise the admission
• Candidates with a zero-tuition-fee allotment must still complete self-reporting online by the due date to retain the seat
• Failure to report online and physically to the allotted college within the deadline will lead to forfeiture of the allotted seat

Documents Required for Reporting at the Allotted College

• TS EAMCET / TG EAPCET 2026 Provisional Allotment Order (printout)
• TG EAPCET 2026 Rank Card and Hall Ticket
• Online Fee Payment Receipt
• Aadhaar Card
• SSC / 10th Class Marksheet and Certificate (Date of Birth proof)
• Intermediate / 12th Class or equivalent Marksheet and Certificate
• Transfer Certificate (TC) and Study/Bonafide Certificates for the last 7 years, where applicable
• Residence/Local Area Certificate (for local status claims)
• Income Certificate (issued on or after 01-01-2026, if applying for fee reimbursement)
• Caste Certificate / EWS Certificate, as applicable, in the prescribed format
• Passport-size photographs (same as used during registration)

Note: Carry the original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies. Incomplete documentation can lead to admission being withheld at the college level.

Internal Sliding Round 2026

• Scheduled for 12 August 2026
• Available only to candidates who have already secured and confirmed a seat in Phase 1, Phase 2, or the Final Phase
• Allows a candidate to move to a different branch within the same college (for example, from Civil Engineering to Computer Science Engineering), if a seat becomes vacant and the candidate’s rank qualifies
• Candidates do not need to submit fresh options separately for this — sliding is done automatically by the system based on the original preference order and rank
• Sliding does not change the college — only the branch/course within the same institute can change

Spot Admission Round 2026

• Guidelines for the Spot Round are expected to be released on 16 August 2026
• Conducted to fill seats that remain vacant after the Final Phase and Internal Sliding round
• Open to TG EAPCET 2026 qualified candidates who did not get a seat earlier, and in some cases to those seeking a change from their current allotment, as per official eligibility rules
• Spot round admissions are usually conducted at designated Help Line Centres (HLCs) or directly at colleges with vacant seats, as per the official notification

Seat Cancellation & Sliding Rules

• Seat cancellation with fee refund is generally allowed only in the First Phase of counselling
• Once a candidate confirms/reports for a seat allotted in the Second Phase or Final Phase, the allotment is treated as final and cannot be cancelled for a refund
• Candidates who fail to report to their allotted college after being allotted a seat in an earlier phase may lose eligibility to participate in the next phase, as per TGCHE rules
• Candidates should read the official instructions on the allotment order carefully before deciding to accept, slide, or skip a seat

• Web options/preferences submitted by the candidate for college and course
• Category (OC/BC/SC/ST/EWS) and applicable reservation norms

TS EAMCET / TG EAPCET 2026 counselling covers admission to B.E./B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, Pharm.D and Agriculture-stream courses offered by University colleges (such as JNTU Hyderabad and Osmania University affiliated colleges), Government/Private engineering colleges, and Agricultural/Pharmacy colleges across Telangana that come under the TGCHE counselling process. Tips for Candidates in the Final Phase

• Recheck your web options before the freezing date — once frozen, no further edits are possible for that round
• Keep your login credentials (Hall Ticket Number, Password, Date of Birth) handy — these are needed at every step from option entry to reporting
• Do not wait until the last date for fee payment or self-reporting — server load is typically high close to the deadline
• Compare your Final Phase allotment with your Phase 1/Phase 2 allotment (if any) before deciding whether to report or wait for internal sliding
• Keep scanned and physical copies of all certificates ready in advance to avoid delays during physical reporting
• If not satisfied with the Final Phase allotment, evaluate the Internal Sliding round and Spot round options rather than leaving the process midway
