• DGE Tamil Nadu officially declared the Class 12 (HSE +2) Supplementary Result on 31 July 2026
• The Class 10 (SSLC) regular Supplementary Result has NOT yet been officially declared as of 2 August 2026 — it is expected to be announced within the next few days on the same portal

How to Check TN 10th Supplementary Result 2026 (Once Released)

• Visit the official website — tnresults.nic.in or dge.tn.gov.in
• Click on the link “SSLC (Class 10) Supplementary Exam Result 2026”
• A login window will appear — enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format)
• Click Submit — your provisional result will be displayed on screen
• Check your name, registration number, subject-wise marks, and overall pass/fail status carefully for any discrepancy
• Download and save the marksheet, and take a printout for future reference

Alternative Ways to Check

• Mobile App: Download the “TN SSLC Result” app, click the result link, enter DOB and registration number, and submit
• SMS Service: As per the pattern used for TN 12th results, results can also be checked via SMS to the number provided in the official notification

What Will the Marksheet Contain?

Note: Marks in an optional language subject are not considered for the final SSLC result declaration. For subjects with practicals, students need a minimum of 20/75 in theory and 15/25 in practical to pass.

Is the Online Result Final?

No — the online mark memo/result is only provisional. It serves as an interim document until the original updated marksheet is issued through the respective school. Students should keep the provisional copy safe and visit their school afterward to collect the final original marksheet, which will indicate that the student appeared through the supplementary examination.

Not Satisfied With Your Marks? — Answer Copy, Revaluation & Retotalling

• Students wanting a copy of their answer script must apply in person at the respective District Office of the Assistant Director of Government Examinations (or the CEO Office for Chennai, Chengalpattu, Tiruvallur, and Ranipet districts)
• Application window (as per the June/July 2026 supplementary cycle): 4 – 5 August 2026, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Fee: ₹275 per subject, payable in cash at the time of registration
• Revaluation/retotalling applications are expected to open shortly after the SSLC supplementary result declaration, following the same broad process as the HSE supplementary cycle
