Complete Selection Process — Stage by Stage

• Stage 1 — Punjabi Language Test: Qualifying in nature; candidates must possess/clear Punjabi language proficiency (up to Matric standard) before proceeding further

Physical Eligibility Test (PET) — What to Expect

• The PET is qualifying in nature only — marks scored here are NOT added to the final merit
• Candidates must successfully clear at least 3 out of 5 prescribed physical test components to proceed further
• Candidates with disabilities are exempted from the PET requirement
• Typical components in a PET of this nature include running/endurance events, and field-based fitness assessments — candidates should refer to the official notification for the exact 5 events, distances/timings, and gender-wise standards

How the Final Merit List Is Calculated
