Important:

• Candidates must score at least 50% marks (25 out of 50) in the Punjabi Language Qualifying Test (Part-I).

PSPCL ALM Salary 2026

• Post Name: Assistant Lineman (ALM)
• Basic Pay: ₹19,900/- per month
• Pay Scale: As per PSPCL Financial Circular No. 21/2022 and 7th CPC Pay Matrix
• Probation Period: 3 Years
• During Probation: Candidates will receive only the minimum admissible pay of ₹19,900/- per month
• Grade Pay: Not Applicable during probation period
• Dearness Allowance (DA): Not admissible during probation period
• Annual Increment: Not admissible during probation period
• Other Allowances: Not admissible during probation period
• Traveling Allowance (TA): Admissible as per rules
• Medical Reimbursement: Admissible as per rules

PSPCL ALM Medical Standards

• Candidate should be medically fit for the post of Assistant Lineman (ALM).
• The post requires the ability to perform field duties involving:
