• Visit the official counselling portal — tgicet.nic.in
• Click on the “TS ICET 2026 Phase 1 Seat Allotment Result” link on the homepage
• Log in to the candidate counselling dashboard using your Hall Ticket Number/Registration ID and Password
• Your Phase 1 allotment status will display — allotted college, course (MBA/MCA), category, and seat type
• Download the Provisional Seat Allotment Order for your records
• If satisfied, proceed to pay the tuition fee and complete self-reporting within the notified window
• If not allotted, or unsatisfied, note that you remain eligible for the Final Phase

Critical Rule: What Happens if You Join the Final Phase

• TGCHE conducts TS ICET counselling in two or more phases — Phase 1, Final Phase, and Spot Round (if needed)
• If a candidate is allotted a new seat in the Final Phase, their Phase 1 seat is automatically cancelled
• The candidate cannot claim back the Phase 1 allotment after the Final Phase result is declared — this rule applies even if the Phase 1 seat was already confirmed and fee paid
• Because of this, candidates should participate in the Final Phase only if genuinely unsatisfied with their Phase 1 allotment — not just to “try their luck,” since there’s no fallback to the earlier seat
• Candidates satisfied with their Phase 1 seat should simply complete fee payment and reporting, and skip exercising fresh options in the Final Phase
