APCOB Recruitment 2026 – Overview

Important Clarification — How This Recruitment Is Structured

This is not a single combined recruitment — each of the 6 District Cooperative Central Banks (DCCBs) under APCOB has issued its own separate notification and separate application link for its district’s vacancies. A candidate must apply through the specific DCCB website corresponding to the district/post they are eligible for, and can only apply for their own local (domicile) district. The 338-post figure is the combined total across all six DCCB notifications.

Note: These dates are identical across all six DCCB notifications. The exact exam date, shift timing, and exam city will be communicated only through the call letter, closer to the exam date.

Nationality & Local Candidate (Domicile) Eligibility

Each DCCB recruits only for its own district’s requirements — candidates must be local to the erstwhile district of the post applied for (e.g., only local candidates of erstwhile Chittoor district can apply for Chittoor DCCB posts). Local status is generally determined by:

• Having studied in an educational institution in the local area for at least 4 consecutive academic years up to the SSC (or equivalent) examination; OR
• Having resided in the local area for at least 4 years immediately preceding the SSC (or equivalent) examination

Candidates not meeting the 4-year criterion may still qualify as local under a 7-year study/residence criterion within the state — refer to the specific district’s official notification for exact details.

Selection Process — No Interview

Selection to both posts (open market category) is based purely on the Online Written Test, followed by Document Verification and a Medical Fitness check — there is no interview for either post.

Exam Pattern 2026 — Open Market Candidates

Conducted in English, 200 marks, 2-hour composite duration. Negative marking of 0.25 marks per wrong answer; no penalty for unattempted questions.

How to Apply Online for APCOB Recruitment 2026

• Visit the official website of the concerned DCCB (Chittoor, Kadapa, Nellore, Prakasam, Visakhapatnam, or Vizianagaram, as applicable to you)
• Click on the “Apply Online” link on the homepage
• Select “Click here for New Registration” and enter your name, contact details, and email ID to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password
• Log in using the generated credentials and fill in the online application with personal, educational, and other required details
• Upload the scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per specified format and size
• Preview the application carefully before final submission — no correction is allowed after clicking “Completed Registration”
• Pay the requisite application fee through the online payment gateway
• Submit the application and save/print the system-generated e-receipt and application form

Keep Ready Before Applying: Scanned photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), signature in black ink, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration in English.

Required Documents at Verification

• Printout of online application form and fee payment e-receipt
• Downloaded call letter with the same photograph as uploaded during registration
• Valid photo identity proof, as specified in the call letter
• Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets (SSC onward)
• Local candidate/domicile proof for the concerned district
• Community/Caste certificate, for SC/ST/BC reservation or age relaxation claims
• Income and Asset Certificate, for EWS reservation
• PwBD disability certificate in prescribed format, if applicable
• Discharge certificate, for Ex-Servicemen candidates
• PACS service certificate/service register, for in-service PACS candidates
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer, if already employed

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Only one online application should be submitted per post; details cannot be modified after final submission
• Signature must be in black ink and not in capital letters; the handwritten declaration must be in the candidate’s own handwriting, in English only
• Already-employed candidates must produce an NOC from their current employer at document verification
• Bank transaction charges for online fee payment are extra and must be borne by the candidate
• Candidates eligible for a scribe (visually impaired or affected writing speed) get 20 minutes per hour of compensatory time, subject to prior registration in the application form
• Canvassing in any form, or furnishing incorrect information at any stage, leads to disqualification, potentially with retrospective effect
• Appointment is subject to being declared medically fit and executing the ₹2,00,000 Contract Bond for minimum 2-year service
• Keep your registered email ID and mobile number active throughout the process, since call letters and communication are sent through these channels
