Each post has a separate official notice/endorsement number and a separate e-Admit Card download link. Candidates must use the correct link for the exact post they applied for.

How to Download HPRCA Admit Card 2026

• Step 1: Click on the official post-wise e-Admit Card link given above for your specific post code (26008 / 26031 / 26033)
• Step 2: You will be redirected to the Digialm portal used by HPRCA for admit card generation
• Step 3: Log in using your Application ID/Roll Number and Password (or Date of Birth), as prompted on the portal
• Step 4: Your e-Admit Card will be displayed on the screen with your roll number, exam centre, shift and reporting time
• Step 5: Download and take a clear, legible printout of the e-Admit Card
• Step 6: Also download the accompanying “Detailed Instructions to the Candidates” document from the same page
• Step 7: Carry both printed documents to the examination centre on the exam day
• Step 8: Cross-check your name, photograph, exam date, shift and centre address carefully; report any discrepancy to HPRCA immediately at 01972-222204

HPRCA Exam Day Guidelines 2026

• Reach the examination centre at least 2 hours before the scheduled commencement of your shift.
• Entry gates at all examination centres will close exactly 30 minutes before the exam begins – plan travel accordingly, especially for hill/rural centres where traffic delays are common.
• No candidate will be allowed to enter the venue once the entry gates are closed, under any circumstances – late arrival, even by a few minutes, means the candidate cannot appear for that exam.
• Carry a printed copy of the e-Admit Card to the exam centre – a mobile/digital copy alone is generally not accepted at CBT centres.
• Refer to the official “Detailed Instructions to the Candidates” (available alongside the admit card download) for the exact list of permitted ID proofs and items allowed/prohibited inside the exam hall, as these specifics vary by notification and are not listed separately in the general press release.
• As is standard for CBT exams, candidates should be prepared to carry a valid original photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving Licence or Passport) matching the name on the admit card – always verify the exact accepted ID list from your instructions document.
• Electronic devices, mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches and similar items are typically not allowed inside CBT exam halls – confirm the exact prohibited items list from your instructions document before leaving for the centre.

HPRCA Selection Process (OTA & Teacher Posts)

• Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) – Objective-type written screening exam, scheduled 14 August 2026 for these three posts
• Stage 2: Skill Test / Typing Test – Applicable for certain posts as per the respective notification (qualifying in nature where prescribed)
• Stage 3: Document Verification (DV) – Verification of original educational, category and experience certificates for provisionally shortlisted candidates
• Stage 4: Final Merit List & Selection – Prepared as per HPRCA’s standard multi-stage selection process (CBT, followed by typing/skill test where applicable, and document verification)

• The HPRCA recruitment salary structure is based on the 7th Pay Commission, comprising basic pay, grade pay and other applicable state government allowances.
