Minimum Educational Qualification
CGPA-to-Percentage Conversion (If Applicable)Where a candidate’s Class 10 result is in CGPA form, the percentage is calculated by multiplying the CGPA by 9.5. For example, a CGPA of 7.4 converts to 70.3% (7.4 × 9.5). This percentage is then entered against “Marks Obtained in Xth Class” (with “Maximum Marks in Xth Class” filled as 1000, and “Marks Obtained” filled proportionally, e.g., 700). The final combined percentage used for merit is the simple average of the Matriculation percentage and the ITI trade percentage — for example, 70% (Matric) and 80% (ITI) average out to 75%. |
