Selection Process 2026

Contract Terms & Salary Details

• These are purely contractual (Sanvida) posts under NHM Human Resource Policy 2018
• Contract period: From date of appointment until 31 March 2027, subject to annual performance-based renewal
• Monthly honorarium is paid as per the prescribed Rate of Pay (ROP); no other allowance or benefit is payable beyond the fixed monthly honorarium
• Salary ranges from ₹8,800/- (Support Staff) to ₹31,500/- (Sr. Nursing Officer, Clinical Psychologist) depending on the post — see the vacancy table above for post-wise pay
• For Mukhyamantri Shahri Swasthya Karyakram (MSSK) posts, salary is paid from the State Budget, but recruitment rules and service conditions follow NHM Chhattisgarh norms
