How to Check & Download ATMA July 2026 Result

• Visit the official ATMA website — atmaaims.com
• Click on the “Candidate Login” option on the homepage
• Select the ATMA exam date you appeared for — 12 July 2026
• Enter your PID (Personal Identification Number) and Password (sent via SMS/email at registration)
• Click “Login” to access your candidate dashboard
• Your ATMA scorecard will be displayed — download and save it as a PDF
• Take a printout for your records; most participating institutes require the scorecard during their admission process

What Your ATMA Scorecard Shows

How ATMA Score Is Calculated & Scaled

• Raw Score: (Number of Correct Answers × 1) − (Number of Wrong Answers × 0.25)
• Scaled Score: Since ATMA is conducted across multiple sessions (February, May, June/July, August) with different question sets, AIMS converts raw scores into a scaled score using an equating/normalisation process, ensuring fairness across sessions of varying difficulty
• Percentile: Calculated based on your scaled score relative to all candidates who appeared in the same session — this is the number most B-Schools actually use for shortlisting, more than the raw score
• Since the scaling formula isn’t publicly disclosed by AIMS in exact terms, candidates should treat any “expected score” self-calculation using only the raw marking scheme as an approximate estimate, not the final figure

ATMA Selection Process — What Happens After the Result

• Step 1: ATMA Result & Scorecard Declaration (18 July 2026)
• Step 2: Apply/Register separately to your chosen ATMA-accepting B-Schools using your ATMA scorecard (each institute has its own application process and deadline)
• Step 3: Institute-Wise Shortlisting — based on the institute’s own ATMA percentile cut-off, combined with academic profile (Class 10, Class 12, Graduation marks)
• Step 4: Group Discussion (GD) — for candidates meeting the cut-off, evaluating communication, teamwork and reasoning skills
• Step 5: Personal Interview (PI) — assessing overall suitability, career goals, and subject knowledge
• Step 6: Final Merit List & Admission Offer — prepared by each institute independently, combining ATMA percentile, academic record, GD, and PI performance

Important: There is no centralised ATMA counselling or seat allotment — unlike CAT/CMAT, each of the 750+ participating institutes runs its own independent admission process using the ATMA score as one input.

What to Do Right After Checking Your Result

• Download & save multiple copies of your scorecard (PDF + printout) — you’ll need to submit it to every institute you apply to
• Shortlist B-Schools based on your percentile realistically — apply to a healthy mix of ambitious, moderate, and safe options rather than only top-tier institutes
• Check each institute’s individual application deadline — since there’s no centralised counselling, missing an institute-specific deadline means losing that option entirely
• Start GD/PI preparation immediately — current affairs, your academic/professional background, and structured group discussion practice all take time to build
• Keep your academic mark sheets ready (Class 10, 12, Graduation) since most institutes weigh these alongside your ATMA score for shortlisting
• Watch for the next ATMA session announcement (typically August) if you wish to reattempt for a potentially higher percentile — ATMA allows multiple attempts across sessions in the same admission year
