As per the notification issued on 10 July 2026, all students studying in Government, Government Aided, and Self-Finance Colleges affiliated with Haryana State Universities must complete their promotion or admission through the centralized online admission portal.

The regular application window is open from 10 July to 24 July 2026 without any late fee, while admissions after this date will attract the prescribed late charges. Students are also required to submit the Anti-Ragging Undertaking and pay the applicable course fee through the mode specified for their college.

About This Admission Process
The Directorate General of Higher Education, Haryana has issued an official directive to all Registrars of State Universities and Principals of Government, Government Aided, and Self-Finance Colleges regarding the promotion/admission process for students moving into their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year of UG and PG programmes for the academic session 2026-27. This process is separate from Haryana’s 1st Year UG Admission process (which was conducted earlier through the same portal in May-June 2026) — this notice specifically covers existing students being promoted to their next academic year.

Important: Late fee will remain with the State Government. If a student pays fee through the online mode, the admission portal will automatically deduct the applicable late fee from the total admission fee.   • Admission through the Centralized Online Admission Portal is mandatory for all colleges — promotion of students to 2nd, 3rd & 4th year will be done exclusively on the portal
  • Programme/Course/Subject allocation for promoted students will be handled by the respective colleges only
  • All colleges must first update the Programme/Course Fee on the admission portal for Session 2026-27 (for 2nd/3rd/4th year) before student processing can begin
  • Eligibility for various programmes/courses will be as per the norms of the respective affiliating university — Principals are responsible for ensuring compliance
  • Fee refunds, if applicable, will be handled by the colleges as per affiliating University/State Government norms; colleges are also authorized to collect short/pending payments from students at a later stage as per norms
  • Colleges are responsible for timely submission of Registration Returns to their affiliating University

Anti-Ragging Undertaking — Mandatory
Important: As per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and UGC/AICTE Regulations, it is mandatory for all admitted students — including those being promoted to 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year — to submit an Anti-Ragging Undertaking. The Ministry of Education (MoE) has developed an online portal for generating this undertaking:

  • Fill in the required undertaking form
  • Download the generated undertaking
  • Upload the same on the Haryana admission portal through your student login
